1. Acceptance of Terms

Where court proceedings are permitted, including where arbitration does not apply or is not enforced, the exclusive venue will be the courts located in the jurisdiction where WinReflection is established, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
